I have placed a few orders with this company for used lariats. The ropes have been in the perfect condition I needed but on my last order I placed I paid an extra $16.42 for 3 day priority shipping because I needed the ropes quickly so I could in turn have a fast turn around time for my customers, I did not receive the ropes until 11 days after purchasing which caused a big inconvenience for me and some not so happy customers. I reached out via email to see if they would offer a partial refund just to cover the extra shipping I paid for but didn’t receive, they responded and apologized for the inconvenience and said they would see what they could do. This was in January, it’s now April and I have not received a partial refund, an email back stating there is nothing they can do, nothing. I try not to be a “Karen” with situations like this but a little customer service goes a long ways.
