To register I need 2 things to hold your spot.

1. Completed registration form be sure I have a good email & phone to contact you. Online registration link https://tailboot.com/pages/clinic-registration  or Print Registration Form PDF Version
2. $100 deposit to secure your spot due March 18th remaining is due in cash at check-in. (I do have Venmo (@tailboot be sure to put Childs name and events) or Facebook pay as well and that would save me $12 in Credit Card fees!) Clinics typically fill fast, so get those deposits in. 

The full amount for both days including the deposit is $350 or $250 for one day or one event.

If you are mailing your registration please print out the registration form and mail it in with your deposit.
